From a young age, she noticed the number 611 following her everywhere — on clocks, receipts, signs — until it became clear that this date, her birthday, wasn’t just personal. It was symbolic. Her journey into event planning began long before it became a business — it started at 13 years old, inspired by the glitz, energy, and emotion of shows like My Super Sweet 16 and Quiero Mis Quinces on MTV. But it wasn’t just the gowns or the drama that caught her attention — it was the power of celebrating a story, bringing people together, and making someone feel like the star of their own world.
That passion came to life when she planned her own quinceañera with her mom — a dazzling “Allywood” themed night that she didn’t just dream up, she fully designed and executed. From choosing the theme and decor to overseeing the tiniest details, she discovered a natural talent for creating experiences that were personal, bold, and unforgettable.
By 16, Alisia was already carving her path professionally — jumping into hospitality and event roles across restaurants, non-profits, music production, philanthropy, and venue operations.
